But what are you doing with it?
How are you living what you say you know?
It’s easy to collect realizations.
To underline quotes.
To feel expanded during a meditation.
To say, “That resonates.”
But resonance isn’t embodiment.

How is it working out for you to “know” without integrating?
If you know you’re worthy, are you making decisions from worth?
If you know you’re supported, are you relaxing into support?
If you know presence is the goal, are you choosing it when you’re triggered?
Purpose isn’t information.
Purpose is integration.
It’s when the truth moves from your head into your nervous system.
When your body responds differently.
When your choices shift.
When your patterns begin to soften.
You don’t need more insight.
You need to live the insight you already have.
And that’s not harsh.
It’s empowering.
Because it means you’re not missing anything.
You’re just being invited to embody it.
